I asked for a picture of the shirt I would receive before I even bought it because I wasted to see the tie dye quatlity because this particular shirt is notorious for having poor quality dyes and and this is what I was told “the model in the ad is wearing the shirt in a size xl”… gee thanks a lot for going out of your way for a customer…,The when I complained about the shirt I received in the mail I was told that maybe next time I should consider shopping in person instead of ordering online, now mind you I live 100s of miles away from this store, not only was this person completely rude and condescending but totally dismissive of my complaint as a whole. So I complained about the ship of fools shirt I got from them that looks terrible and has no tie dye to it what so ever, I wish I could post a photo on here to show you what I mean). Not only is the staff unprofessional but rude as well ![]()
